Garret graduated with his Bachelors of Physical Therapy in 2013 from the University of Manitoba. He has also previously obtained his Bachelor of Science also from the University of Manitoba.
Garret is trained in a variety of Physiotherapy techniques and believes above all that a treatment program should be tailored to the individual.
Garret enjoys staying active through recreational sports and spending time outdoors with his wife to two dogs.
Diana graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba. She has completed her first level in the CPA’s Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy Exams. Diana is also certified in Acupuncture and Functional Dry Needling.
Diana is keen to join our team and treat all types of musculoskeletal injuries with a special interest in treating neck, shoulder and back issues. Diana strives to keep up-to-date in the latest physiotherapy research and is committed to evidence based practice. She has a strong passion in sharing what physiotherapy can do to improve her patient’s quality of life and getting them back to what they love to do. Diana’s approach to treatment is a nice balance of manual therapy, education and exercise prescription, which allows her patients to be an active participant in their rehabilitation.
Diana has been physically active her entire life and in her spare time she enjoys cooking, going on hikes and travelling with her husband.
Jessalynn graduated with her Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba. She has completed various courses through RockTape and plans to complete the remaining courses in the future.
Jessalynn strongly believes in movement-based therapy and intends to expand her knowledge base further through McKenzie Method, Mulligan Concept and Neurokinetic Therapy.
In her spare time, Jessalynn enjoys hiking, weight training and spending time with her family.
