Garret Klos

B.Sc, BMR, (PT)

Garret graduated with his Bachelors of Physical Therapy in 2013 from the University of Manitoba. He has also previously obtained his Bachelor of Science also from the University of Manitoba.

Garret is trained in a variety of Physiotherapy techniques and believes above all that a treatment program should be tailored to the individual.

Garret enjoys staying active through recreational sports and spending time outdoors with his wife to two dogs.


Elise Sabourin

BSc (Hons), Acupuncture Certified

Elise is an internationally trained physiotherapist, graduating with honours from her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Huddersfield, England. In England she worked primarily with orthopedic caseloads, helping all ages and continues to grow her skillset. Elise’s most recent accomplishment is completing her acupuncture certification in June 2023, and is enjoying offering this as a new tool to assist in her treatments.

As a dual citizen, Elise feels fortunate to have educated and trained in England, however, feels Canada is where her heart lies, having returned in 2021. Having grown up with cartographers as parents, Elise is no stranger to travelling far and wide from a young age. She feels privileged to have carried this love of travelling into her adulthood having visited many corners of the world experiencing diverse cultures.

In her spare time, Elise enjoys spending time with her spouse and child, (and fur-babies!), heading to the lake regularly for fresh air, long hikes, and of course the occasional firepit smore.


Jappreet Gill

Jappreet Gill is a dedicated healthcare professional who recently transitioned from a career in finance to pursue her passion for health education and physical therapy. After earning her Master of Business Administration in 2013, she spent years taking fitness classes, which fueled her desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

In 2024, Jappreet graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy, receiving the Outstanding Student Award for her commitment and excellence in the field. She believes every patient has unique needs and approaches her practice as a blend of exercise and manual therapy tailored to individual circumstances. Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English, she values the ability to connect with diverse communities.

A firm believer in continuous learning, Jappreet plans to leverage evidence-based research to provide effective treatment and advocate for her patients’ well-being. In her free time, she teaches Zumba, yoga, circuit training, and dance classes, emphasizing the importance of holistic wellness. For Jappreet, physiotherapy is not just a profession; it’s a calling centered around healing others on their journey to better health.
